Nosarara Peace Education Park Nosabatutu is located in Kelurahan Tondo, Mantikulore District, Palu City, Central Sulawesi, which is 2km from the Polda Central Sulawesi. This park can be reached by way of uphill road. The road in the pass can be with four-wheeled vehicles and two-wheeled vehicles.

Inaugurated in 2014, Nosarara Nosabatutu's name is the slogan that comes from the Kaili tribe, which means brothers and united. The goal is to make this park a pillar in peace building, togetherness, harmony, and invite all components of the nation to take an active role in realizing the security, peace and prosperity of Indonesian people, especially in Central Sulawesi.
Peace Gong Nusantara is the symbol of the spirit of peace in the unity of NKRI. Gong in Palu City is the 4th gong in Indonesia. While the other gongs in the city of Yogyakarta, Kupang, Singkawang and Bangka Belitung.
